Overview

The scripts (.sql files) shared in this article allow you to manually delete emails based on the filter specified in the .sql file. You must edit the script to modify the predefined filter templates as needed.

Important Note: If you are unsure about securely performing the steps mentioned in this article, always make a backup before making any changes or reach out to support for more help.

Process

Follow these steps:

1. Download the script for your Installation. These scripts should be used ONLY on installations running the following versions:
   • GFI Archiver 2015: 20141117, 20150218

2. Read the readme.txt bundled with the ZIP file for usage instructions.
3. Make a backup of the system including data (Archive Stores) before using the script.
4. Run the script to delete emails.
