Sales uses a reseller model for distributing software. Customers will purchase through a reseller to obtain products. Customers would also use resellers to perform license renewal for their product licenses. Resellers will purchase through a distributor. Purchases are not made through Sales or the Accounts Portal. This article gives instructions for customers and resellers on who they can reach out to, to purchase products.

- The terms partner and reseller are interchangeable. We refer to them as partners as they are sales partners, while reseller is a commonly used term in the profession.
- If you are a customer who is interested in purchasing our Software products or have questions about them, use our 'find a partner portal' to reach out to an authorized partner near you for answers and support.
- If you are a reseller who is interested in becoming our partner, use our 'find a distributor portal' to find an authorized distributor in your area.
Once the reseller or distributor, depending on situation, has been contacted, the questions about purchasing or the ability to purchase has been resolved.
