Overview
This article provides the steps to re-establish remote access to the web interface after a change in the IP address of the GFI Archiver server is made.

Root Cause
The browser's cookies and cache data contain information about the connection to the server. If the information about the server has changed, the browser will try to use the information stored to connect. Deleting the cookies and cache data ensures that a new connection can be made.
Process
- From your browser, delete the cookies and cache data.
- Close the browser.
- Restart all GFI Archiver services and the IIS Admin service.
- Open the browser again and load the GFI Archiver web page.
Confirmation
Users can successfully access the web interface remotely.
