This article provides a solution to an issue you may encounter when generating a report within the GFI Archiver MailInsights tab. The following error is received:
Error: "Your account does not have a valid email address associated with it. Please contact your system administrator."
This error occurs when the user that is logged into the GFI Archiver console does not have an email address assigned to them.
To generate the report, please perform one of the following actions:
- Assign an email address to the user that is logged into the GFI Archiver web console.
- Log in to the console as a different user.
Note: By default, Archiver uses the credentials of the user that is currently logged into Windows.
