How to Identify

When generating the Inactive Accounts MailInsights reports it can contain accounts which have been archived in the past, but are being archived anymore based on the Mailboxes to Archive (restrictions) list. For example: 1. On 1st of January 2013 MARC archived emails for 100 users 2. On 1st of February 2013 Mailboxes to Archive was configured and going forwards only 20 accounts are being archived 3. On 1st of December the Inactive Accounts report is being generated and it does list the 80 accounts which have not been archived anymore on purpose

Workaround / Fix Details

20131111 % 20130704 or 20130723 http://ftp.gfisoftware.com/patches/MARC2013/20130723/MARC2013_SR1_PATCH_20131018_01.zip This patch takes the current inclusion/exclusion list into account and the Inactive Accounts report will not list users anymore, which are currently excluded from archival. ----- Fixed in MARC2014 build 20140616
