Installing the Outlook Connector and the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Outlook Add-In into the same Outlook installation causes Outlook to crash.
The crash occurs when clicking on emails within the Outlook Connector mailbox within Outlook.
The crash itself is triggered by the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Outlook Add-In.
The customer's environment in which this was observed runs:
- Windows 7 64bit
- Outlook 2013 32bit
- Outlook Connector from MailArchiver 2013 SR1 (issue was reproduced with OC from MARC2014 too)
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Outlook Add-In
