Recently archived email headers are blank and Archive stores say database unavailable.
All versions of MailArchiver.
A UNC (Universal Naming Convention) path password has been changed.
Follow these steps to resolve this issue:
1. From the MailArchiver user interface go to: Configuration> Archive Stores> New Archive Store Settings.
2. Update the UNC path credentials if they are using this method to store the emails.
3. Give it 24 hours to update the email headers.
