This article provides a solution to the situations when a user may report that some or all databases are showing as "Operating with Errors" under the Status column in the Archive Stores section of the configuration.
Some settings such as the authentication credentials may be incorrect, therefore not allowing GFI Archiver to connect to the backend databases, which results in this issue. To solve this issue, follow these steps:
- Click on the problematic Archive Stores.
- Click on Edit.
- Go through the wizard and make sure it completes without any errors.
- Click on Archive Store Profile and repeat step 3.
