The Outlook Connector synchronization fails with the following error:
Failed to connect to Archiver server. HTTP Error 404 - Not Found
- All supported environments
The URL has been configured incorrectly or the environment settings required the port to be specified.
- Verify the URL configured in Outlook Connector, go to Settings > URL of Archiver Server and select Verify.
- Make sure that the URL configured in step 1 is accessible from an Internet browser on the workstation.
- Change the URL configured in step one to include the port number the Archiver website is running on:
- Example: http://gfiserver:80/Archiver/
