SOLUTION
- Open the web page
- Navigate to: Configuration > Mailbox Folder Structure Retrieval
- Click on: Change Settings
- Ensure that the feature is configured to connect to Exchange using the correct protocol for the environment
- EWS for Microsoft Exchange 2007 SP1 or newer or Microsoft 365 (previously known as Microsoft Office 365)
- MAPI for Microsoft Exchange 2003
- Stop the GFI Archiver services
- Delete the file: ..\GFI\Archiver\Core\UMPolling\queue\MARCEMQUEUE.FDB
- Start the GFI Archiver services
CAUSE
The database ..\GFI\Archiver\Core\UMPolling\queue\MARCEMQUEUE.FDB is corrupt or has grown too large.
