DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this tool is to compact the indexes and provide improved search performance while reducing the physical size of the index.

This tool / script should be used ONLY on installations running the following versions:
- GFI MailArchiver 2014: 20140616
  - http://ftp.gfisoftware.com/support/MARC/ScriptsAndTools/2014/MARC2014_IndexCompactTool.zip
- GFI MailArchiver 2013: 20130510, 20130704, 20130723, 20131111
  - http://ftp.gfisoftware.com/support/MARC/ScriptsAndTools/2013/MARC2013_IndexCompactTool.zip
Please ensure to read the readme.txt bundled with the ZIP file
It is recommended to take a backup of the system incl. data (Archive Stores) before using this tool/script
